MONICA'S NEW LOOK - General Hospital

What’s up with Monica’s face? Whoever is her makeup artist, needs to learn a little more about putting makeup on. Her face looks horrible. The black eye liner is on so thick that she looks like a chipmunk. Unless Leslie Charleson (Monica) has some health issue, the makeup needs to be on the more “lighter” side and not caked on. Her eyes look sunken…yuk. You can say that she is aging but I’m a lot older than she is and look 10x better than she does.

Thats great. Aging gracefully is always a plus for a woman.
We are not all blessed that way. My doctor recently thought I was 10 years younger than what I am. It made my day.

To tell you the truth I am too busy listening for her somewhat nasty comments these days and have not paid any attention to her makeup.

I agree. I’m hoping there will be something to address her anger coming up.

For Thanksgiving, I thought Monica looked beautiful. Maybe they are doing different things in the makeup department depending upon the scene she’s playing in. Like maybe they make her eyes darker and more “harsh” when she’s about to rip into someone.

I still think she’s a beautiful women. The difference I notice is I think she may have gotten something done with her teeth. We all age differently. I think what’s more important is your inner beauty and Leslie Charleson, for all things I’ve read, is a wonderful, giving, caring, beautiful person.

They have really revamped the hypocritical biotch in Monica.

In one minute she tells Steve and Patrick that they needed to act like professionals around here

“At the moment, between the three of us, I’m the only one who hasn’t slept with Lisa Niles”

Then in the next breath she walks up and smacks the hell out of Luke “Congratulations on caving your grandson, whack THAT’S for killing mine.”

The funny part is Luke hit and killed Jake while drinking and driving.

Monica hit and seriously injured Sam while drinking and driving.

Guess she forgot about that!!!1

I love Monica’s character and wish they would bring more of her and the Q’s actually back from the dead. I WANT AJ back to revive the show. I see this character to be the link between the mob and the veteran characters; the Q’s.

I didn’t make that comment to be mean. I always liked Leslie Charleson (Monica) and she does have a good heart…she gives to a lot of charities, etc. However, it has just been recently that I noticed the change in her face and thought perhaps it was the makeup that was used. One comment was that perhaps when she is angry, they want to highlight that area but seems kind of strange. I, too, wish there was more Quartermaine story lines…she has been left with hardly any major story at all over the years. Also, wish Alan would not have left. I have the feeling that by the end of 2012, GH will have been cancelled just like OLTL/AMC…very sad.

Don’t any of you recognize the look of too much facial filler??? Her heavy eye makeup is the least of her problems! Step away from the Botox and Restylane, Leslie. Allow your face to age naturally or find out who is “Tracy”'s dermatologist !

I dont know about Alan, But from what I read he’s on the list to come back for the 50th celebration I also read that GH has a promising future. I’m right there up in age with Monica and Tracy and Monica must of have had alot of plastic surgery, they think they look nice, but like others like me,to me it looks like a train wreck, Tracy aged so well so pretty but Leslie thought she did what was best for her,… I guess. :~
